Last week the girls and I were looking through some old pictures from when we took our last road trip to Minnesota.....I was still pregnant with the girls, so here are some of the conversations that went on while flipping through pictures.
Me: Who is that? (pointing to one of the pictures)
Girls: Angelina!!!! (in unison)
Me: Really? You think it is Angelina?
Angelina: Yes, das Angaweeeeena!
Me: Nope, it's Lester!
Then they giggled, "It's Wester!" (I must say, when he was still 2 1/2 / 3 yrs old he hadn't had a hair cut yet and it was pretty long so he looked pretty girly!) Too funny!
A few pictures later.....
Valentina: Where's Fantina and Angina?
Me: You guys weren't born yet. You were still in my tummy. See my big tummy?
Valentina (with the biggest concerned eyes ever): You ate us?????!!!!!!
:) I love the literal meaning of everything at this stage in the game with them!

Another day......
Lester: Mom, please tell me you are not going to have another baby.
Me: WHAT????!!!!!!!! (Rememebering we had just watched another episode from one of our favorite tv shows on Netflix where the family had just found out they were going to have baby numer 5)
Me: Why wouldn't you want me to have another baby? (Not that we are planning to have another one, I just wanted to see what he would say!)
Lester: Because you can hardly handle us 3!
:( Boy he is a smart cookie!!!! ( I think he heard me mumble during the show, "Oh, my gosh! I would go crazy with 5 kids!"

Another day.......
We had gone to our nephew's birthday party last weekend. As we were preparing to go I made sure the girls went potty and Valentina decided she needed to go poop, so she went and we cheered and celebrated and she got a sticker and then I asked, "So are we ready to go to Auntie Julie and Uncle Mike's now?" The girls said yes and then Valentina said, "I gon tell Unco Mike and Auntie Juee I go poop!" I giggled and shrugged it off and off we went! We got to the party, casually late per usual, everyone was already there and she proceeded to tell EVERYONE she saw that she went poop....thankfully they are all very sweet and didn't seem to mind helping her celebrate that she did a good job!
