So I have captured a few cute pics of the girls in the last few days as well as a couple cute Lester stories!
The girls have really been enjoying being outside now that we have our beautiful Phoenix weather here!
In this one you can catch a little glimpse of Angelina's first tooth, the small white shimmer on her lower gum!
As for Lester...his protectiveness for the girls has really come through lately!
We were on a walk the other day, with our new GREAT double stroller and as we were going through the neighborhood and turning up and down streets the sun was shining in different directions. So I had to keep changing the position of the little umbrellas on the girls' car seats to keep it from blaring in their eyes. Well, one turn I was a little delayed on moving the umbrellas and Lester got all huffy and forcefully moved them for me and said, "We NEED to keep the sun off of my sisters!" He does this same thing as we are driving in the truck and changing directions. Since he is in the middle of the two of them in the back seat he can easily reach them both and make sure they are kept out of the sun. He sure is a great big brother, watching over them already.
He also gives me frequent updates on the girls from the backseat of the truck as we are driving. He lets me know when they are sleeping, when they are awake, and also if one of them is crying...as if I can't hear it for myself!;) So today, we pull in the Walmart parking lot and here is our conversation.....
Lester: Both babies are asleep momma.
Me: That's good, we like sleeping babies don't we?!
Lester: Yes.
Me: Do you like your baby sisters?
Lester: Yes, I like them when they are asleep and when they are awake, but not when they are crying.
Me: You don't like when they cry?
Lester: No, crying is too loud!
The wisdom of a 3 year old! Enuff said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
