They Are Here!!!!!

Well, from the lack of posts over the last 3 weeks I guess it's obvious that the girls made their arrival! They were born on June 8, 2009 by way of a natural delivery!!!!! Things went as smooth as possible and it was just as we had hoped!

The girls are as different as can be! They look completely different, I marvel over it every day! Valentina is blonde and Angelina is brunette.

A big thanks to Becky for the great pictures she took of all of us at the hospital in order to share with all of our family and friends! Oh, and for the great Blog make over too!

Lester has been such a great big brother, I couldn't ask for anything more from him! He LOVES his baby sisters, who he refers to as Thing 1 and Thing 2, and is a big help around the house!

This was him and Grandma Corky counting Angelina's toes to make sure there were 10!

Grandma Liz and Grandma Corky have been a huge help over the last 3 weeks, we wouldn't be surviving if it wasn't for them!

This cute picture was captured during an at home photo shoot in an attempt to make a picture for Father's Day! Out of 60 pictures taken, it was the ONLY ONE that had all three of them looking at the camera, hence it was the one that got framed!

The girls have been growing like weeds over the last 3 weeks. At their 2 week check Valentina weighed in at 7lbs 10oz and Angelina at7lbs 3oz, so almost 2 pounds in 2 weeks for each! I guess all the time spent feeding is paying off! ;) Lester also had his 3 year check (gosh, where does the time go?) and he is in the 91st percentile for height and 88th percentile for weight, so he is growing like a weed too!
