Never too late!

I have started this blog in order to keep family and friends a little more up to date on our family's life, but most improtantly, on LESTER! I've been wanting to do this for a long time so people can check in when ever they have the time, I just haven't had the time myself to sit down and do it. So here we go, it's never to late to start something you've been meaning to do, right? I am learning as I go and hope to keep a regular post going.

As for the latest on Lester.....lets see.....where to begin???!!! Lester is 2 years old now and crazier then ever, in a good way! His vocabulary is exploding by the day and full sentences are beginning to flow. He is very active these days exploring the backyard any chance he gets. He's busy helping me with all of the animals on a daily basis. Some of the backyard sports he's been experimenting with include, t-ball, soccor, football, swimming, bed jumping/gymnastics, fishing in the pool/tub, (we really need to get him to the lake!), and last but certainly not least, "backiball" (basketball). He's getting pretty good with the hoop Uncle Andy sent for his birthday and loves to shout and cheer when he sees it on TV. He yells "Hooray, he made it!" or "Oh, almost!" when they miss! It's pretty entertaining in itself! Lester is also a slip and slide finatic. Due to our extremely hot summers, water is the only way to be outdoors during the day....so "swimp & swide" it is!!! Mommy and Daddy have also gotten pretty good at it too! I am sure I will also have lots of fun stories to tell in the near future, Lester's imagination is really starting to develop! Well, that is Lester in a nut shell these days! I hope everyone will enjoy reading about his updates and I will post again soon!
