April 2012 - Lester's B-day Party

LEGO King decided he wanted to have a Lego themed birthday party this year.  We had a lot of fun finding party supplies and making fun decorations!  The Homemade Lego Head pinata was finished the morning of the party and it turned out so awesome that we all had a change of heart.  How could we wreck such an awesome project that took over a week to build and would be smashed to bits by 10 kiddos in a matter of minutes?!  So, we made a last minute run to Walmart to find a pinata we could destroy so the Lego Head could be saved!!!!  See below how we turned it into the best party decoration EVA!!!!

We did the party out at the White Tank Mountains, per usual!  It was a beautiful day! 



We played some party games, who could build the tallest tower in the 1 minute, I spy the Lego guy, and pin the bump on the Lego brick. 




Ate some yummy food, compliments of Joe's great gilling of course!!




Grandma Corky came to town for the big event!
